Saudi Football Team out of Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games

Saudi Arabia U23 national football team have been eliminated from the group stage of Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games after losing to becoming in the 3rd place of Group D ranking.

The Saudis started their mission in the Tokyo Games with the 2-1 loss to Ivory Coast before losing the second game against Germany 3-2.

They are scheduled to face heavyweight Brazil in the third round on Wednesday. Brazil are in the driving seat of Group D with 4 points, sharing the same points with runners-up Ivory Coast, while Germany are 3rd with 3 points.
