Sixth Edition of the Saudi Film Festival to Launch Next April

The Saudi Arabian Society for Culture and Arts (SASCA)in Dammam, in partnership with the King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture(Ithra), has announced the launch of the sixth edition of the Saudi FilmFestival on April 9, which will last for seven days.

Saudi Film Festival Director Ahmed Al-Mulla, saidthat the sixth edition will include a number of specific initiatives to supportthe film industry and to establish effective partnerships to develop the levelof production of Saudi films in order to introduce films, and encouragecreators and develop the culture of Saudi filmmaking.
